As per the law, it has been decriminalized only if you smoke up to 3 grams of it or less and you are above 18 years of age. Personal possession is permitted so you can have your home productions. Just smoke wisely, as in avoiding public spaces is recommended, and you will not be in any trouble.

Cannabis Travel to Portugal

Portugal decriminalised drugs back in 2001, but for cannabis, you can hold about 25 grams at a time as a limit here. You won’t be imprisoned if you disobey the laws, but you will certainly have to pay a fine. Go ahead! Smoke cannabis freely here.

Cannabis Travel to Malta

In 2015, Malta decriminalized the personal use of cannabis, making possession of small amounts for personal use a non-criminal offense. Carrying up to 7g of cannabis is fine. Anything upwards of that to under 28g gets confiscated, and beyond, or having more than four plants at home, is illegal.
